Traveling as Couple
The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel tram provided direct access to tourist sites below and was a welcome route to take uphill at the end of the day! Thoroughly enjoyed the view from our room of the Harbour and browsing the native displays throughout the halls. Terrific place to stay. ...read more

Solo Traveler
I had a great time at this hotel. Great location with the tram to downtown, nice rooms and a fantastic view. The restaurant was great, except there was a lot of smoke from the bar, thus the whole restaurant was smoky; when I asked to turn on the fans it was quickly done. The staff was very friendly. When we asked to have rooms switched due to too many stairs it was immediately done. I would recommend this hotel highly having stayed in Ketchikan many times. ...read more
